Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. Last updated: 08/10/2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Stride Private Educational Center, 28th October 6, Aradippou 7104, Larnaca, Cyprus. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected] or +357 99 343636.
What we collect and why
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into our two forms:
- Trial lesson form: your name, phone number, email address, your child's age, their experience with robotics or coding, optional interests, optional preferred times and an optional message.
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address and your message.
We use this data only to reply to you, to suggest a suitable group and to arrange lessons. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services.
How the forms are processed
Form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form service, Formspree Inc., which transmits the data to our email inbox and may store a copy on its own servers under its privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and to arrange lessons, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If your child enrols, the information becomes part of our enrolment records.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only after you click "Show the map"; at that point Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Links to Facebook and Instagram open those services directly.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Children
Our forms are intended for parents and guardians. We ask only for a child's age, not their name or other details, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through this website.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
